Return Policy – Queen B Candles
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
• We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
• To begin a return, please email us at queenbeecandlesnz@gmail.com or info@queenb.nz with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
Non-Returnable Items
• Used candles or items not in original condition
• Sale or discounted items (final sale)
Refunds
• Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
