• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping is available within New Zealand.

• Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Standard delivery times are 2–5 business days, depending on your area.

• Rural addresses may take longer.

Local Pickup

• If you’re based near our location, local pickup may be available. Please email us to arrange.

Tracking

• All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

Damaged or Lost Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately at info@queenb.nz or queenbeecandlesnz@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
