Queen B Candles is a New Zealand-based business offering handcrafted beeswax candles. By using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.


2. Products


All candles are handmade, so slight variations in colour, texture, and appearance may occur. Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible.


3. Pricing & Payment


All prices are listed in NZD and include GST (if applicable). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is required at the time of purchase and is securely processed through our selected payment providers.


4. Orders & Cancellations


Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled if it has already been processed or shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or inventory issues.


5. Shipping & Delivery


We aim to ship orders within 2–4 business days. Queen B Candles is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.


6. Returns & Refunds


We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for complete details.


7. Intellectual Property
